Product images and sample styles are provided for product evaluation. For custom or wholesale production, the approved physical sample and written specification take precedence over general website images.

  1. ORDERS

We may accept, reject, limit or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving suspected fraud, pricing errors, inventory errors, shipping restrictions or incomplete customer information.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order but does not necessarily constitute final acceptance where further verification is required.

OEM, ODM, private-label, packaging and wholesale projects are subject to a separate brief, quotation, minimum order quantity, sample approval, payment schedule and production agreement.

Custom production does not begin until the required specifications, sample approval and payment conditions have been confirmed.

Processing and delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless confirmed in a separate written agreement. Delays may occur because of carriers, customs, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses or events outside our reasonable control.
