The professional method

Four steps to a cleaner, more secure fit.

Work one hand at a time and complete the sizing step before opening your adhesive.

01

Prep the natural nail

Wash and fully dry your hands. Gently push back cuticles, lightly buff surface shine and remove dust or oil with a prep wipe.

Pro tip: Avoid lotion immediately before application.
02

Match every nail

Lay out all ten press-ons in finger order. Choose a nail that covers sidewall to sidewall without touching the surrounding skin.

Between sizes? Choose larger and file the side edge.
03

Apply with control

Place the press-on close to—but not on—the cuticle. Lower from the cuticle edge toward the free edge to reduce trapped air.

Follow the safety instructions supplied with your adhesive.
04

Press and set

Apply firm, even pressure for 20–30 seconds. Keep the nail aligned and avoid water immediately after application.

Do not apply to damaged, irritated, wet or oily nails.

Choose your adhesive

Match the method to the wear occasion.

Adhesive choice affects wear time, removal and reusability. Always use a cosmetic nail adhesive designed for press-on nails.

Adhesive tabs

Best for shorter wear, events, content shoots and easier removal. A good choice when you want to reuse the set.

Flexible · Convenient · Reusable-friendly
Nail glue

Best when you need a more secure, longer-wear application. Use a thin, controlled layer and follow the product instructions.

Secure · Longer wear · Careful removal

Gentle removal

Remove slowly. Never force the nail.

1Soften

Use the removal method recommended for your adhesive. Warm soapy water and oil may help loosen adhesive tabs.

2Release

Work gently from the side with a wooden cuticle stick. Stop if you feel resistance or discomfort.

3Clean & store

Remove remaining adhesive carefully, dry the press-ons and store the set away from heat and moisture.
