01

Product & fit

Choose the right set.

What is included with each press-on nail set?
Contents can vary by product and packaging option. Review the individual product description before ordering. If you need a specific accessory kit or branded packaging for wholesale, contact us before production approval.
How do I choose the correct size?
Measure the widest part of all ten natural nails in millimeters and compare the result with the sizing information on the product page. Measure both hands because matching fingers can differ. If you are between sizes, choose the larger tip and gently file the side edge.
What if one nail is between two sizes?
Use the larger size and refine the side edge with a nail file. A tip that is too small may pinch, expose part of the natural nail or lift sooner. Never force a press-on that feels uncomfortable.
Are the press-on nails reusable?
Many sets can be reused when they are removed gently and kept in good condition. Adhesive tabs generally make reuse easier. Reusability depends on the adhesive, removal method, wear activity and care.
Will colors look exactly the same as on my screen?
We aim to represent each style accurately, but screen settings, lighting and handmade details can cause small differences. For business orders, we recommend reviewing a physical sample before approving volume production.
02

Application & wear

Get a cleaner, longer-lasting result.

Should I use adhesive tabs or nail glue?
Choose adhesive tabs for shorter wear, events and easier removal. Choose cosmetic nail glue when you need a more secure, longer-wear application. Always follow the adhesive manufacturer's instructions and do not apply to damaged or irritated nails.
How can I make press-on nails last longer?
Start with clean, completely dry nails. Push back cuticles, lightly remove surface shine, clear away dust and oil, select the correct size, then press each nail firmly for 20–30 seconds. Avoid lotion before application and water immediately afterward.
Why is a press-on nail lifting or falling off?
Common causes include oil or moisture on the nail, incorrect sizing, skin contact, trapped air, insufficient pressure or adhesive that does not match the activity. Remove the nail safely, clean the surfaces and reapply only if the nail and surrounding skin are healthy.
Can I shower or wash my hands while wearing them?
Normal handwashing is generally compatible with properly applied press-ons after the adhesive has fully set. Long exposure to hot water, soaking and harsh chemicals can reduce wear time. Follow the instructions supplied with your chosen adhesive.
How do I remove press-on nails safely?
Use the removal method recommended for the adhesive. Work slowly from the side and never pull or force the nail. Warm soapy water and oil may help loosen adhesive tabs. Stop if you feel pain, resistance or notice damage.
Can I apply press-ons to weak or damaged nails?
Do not apply over injured, infected, inflamed, wet or visibly damaged nails. If you have a nail condition, allergy concern or persistent discomfort, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using cosmetic nail products.

Orders & delivery

Know what happens next.

Can I order samples before placing a larger order?
Yes. The launch collection is designed to help buyers review finish, fit and visual direction before discussing customization or volume production. Start with the sample styles that best match your target customer.
When will my order be processed?
Processing time depends on the product, quantity and whether customization is required. The estimated timing shown during ordering or confirmed by our team should be treated as the relevant schedule for your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Availability, methods and timing depend on the destination and order type. Enter the delivery address during checkout for available options, or contact us for wholesale and production shipments.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins, and customized or approved production orders may be subject to different terms. We will review the order status and explain the available options.
What should I do if my order arrives with a problem?
Contact us promptly with your order number, a description and clear photos of the item and packaging. Keep all materials until the review is complete so our team can assess the issue efficiently.

Custom & wholesale

Build a collection with DEDXC.

Do you support OEM, ODM and private label projects?
Yes. DEDXC supports OEM manufacturing, ODM product development, private label programs and custom packaging. Project scope depends on the design, decoration, materials, quantity, packaging and target timeline.
What information should I send for a quotation?
Share your target market, reference images, preferred shape and length, finish or decoration, quantity, packaging requirements, delivery country and target date. More complete information helps us prepare a more useful initial assessment.
Can you develop a design from my reference images?
Yes, subject to technical review and intellectual property requirements. We can help translate a visual direction into a sample specification, but buyers should provide or have permission to use all logos, artwork and protected designs supplied to us.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ varies by product, customization level, decoration, packaging and production method. Launch samples can be ordered first; custom project MOQ is confirmed after the brief and technical review.
Can I approve a sample before production?
Yes. Our recommended process is Brief → Sample → Approve → Scale. Buyers should confirm fit, color, finish, decoration, packaging and written specifications before volume production begins.
How long does custom development take?
Timing depends on design complexity, sample revisions, materials, packaging and approval speed. Once we review your brief, we can outline the expected development and production stages for that specific project.
